I am currently deployed to Iraq and I have been wanting to start investing in real estate for sometime now, and I would like to get started from out here if at all possible. When I go back to the states in December, I still won’t be going back to that state that I want to buy property in for about 4 months after I get back. With the foreclosure market being kind of nice right now, should I wait?

What are the best ways to find money to invest in real estate?

I am considering getting into real estate investing in select markets, but have neither the credit nor the money to get started. I would like any suggestions on how to overcome this issue from any experienced investors out there.
I do intend to keep a sales license, and also learn how to appraise and inspect homes, but I do not intend to get a license in that.
Has anyone heard of using your credit card to take out the money to invest on real estate?

Has anyone tried this method for getting your money to invest in property. Someone from Real Estate Investing Institute suggested this to me but I had never heard of doing it this way. Would the interest rate be lower than if you go to a bank? He said you could just do a transfer balance until you get your profit. Seems oversimplified and risky to me. What do you think?

I’m not from USA,I would like to invest real estate but I heard that just resident and american citizen can buy properties.Thereby what can I do? are there laws to foreign investors in real estate? also buy land and build deparment buidlings
