What’s the best way to find realestate leads online?

What do you think is the best way for a realtor to find good potential buyer leads in their area?

    One way is to go to any housing forum (like city-data) and offer really good advice. If you are consistent over time, you’ll get leads.

    Also, make sure you have a web presence (web site). And, whenever you offer advice online or anywhere else, make sure that you put that web address and information on how to contact you in your signature line.

    Mostly though, if you do good work, people will refer you.

    You could try working for someplace like ziprealty or zillow. I’m not so sure that they are the greatest places for a realtor to work in terms of commissions. (I’m not in real estate, it is just what I heard). However, it seems like a fabulous place to get lots and lots of leads.

    Hi there, I saw your question and thought i’d recommend the site below. This guy is based in Sacremento and has had alot of success finding realty leads online. He specifically discusses how to use the web to find real estate leads, and focuses on the best methods to achieve success. Check it out, it has been really helpful for me (I am a realtor too).

    I’ve had a lot of luck using a software program called Lead Evolution. I’d recommend taking a look at that.
